Intercentional Treatment of Symptomatic Lymphoceles Following Renal Transplantation

Abstract

|
From November 1982 through March 1992, 210 living donor kidney, transplantation were performed at the Keimyung University Hospital. 23 patients(11%) developed symptomatic lymphoceles 5 to 28 days after transplantatio with a mean of 11.7±5.9
days.
Ultrasonography, percutaneous aspiration and chemical analysis of fluid were done for the diagnosis of lymphoceles.
